Episode 13: Bring down, 2 of the Powerful Brass: Part 1
[Brief summary] Shirei came to the AEGIS Hangar to check on the newly arrived cargoes. Megane showed Shirei the four cargoes, numbered 0, 1, 2, and 3. Shirei was pleased that the cargoes finally arrived unharmed. Megane opened a cargo and a mist came out from it, still unrevealing what was inside. (Episode Title) Shun was on his regular job, patrolling the roads of Tokyo. After he finished patrolling, he reported to Miss Ochiai, who in turn told him to return back to the base. As Shun headed to the base, he noticed a Lotus 7 on his rear mirror. A blond guy was driving it with speed. Shun considered that the car as no ordinary Lotus 7, but as Super 7. The Lotus 7 increased its speed, and Shun took it as a challenge. Yotahachi was too fast that and it found it hard to turn in a curved corner. Lotus 7 had taken the advantage of this, resulting to overtaking Yotahachi. A police officer caught both of them and asked for their license. Shun showed his license and told the police officer that they met again (he was also the one who arrested him when he first drove Yotahachi). The blond guy stepped out of his Lotus 7 and also showed his AEGIS License. Both Shun and the police officer were shocked. The blond guy declared to Shun that he won that round. In the airport, a long-haired lady passed through an employee without surrendering her papers. Another employee stopped the lady and asked her if she could understand Japanese. The long-haired lady showed her AEGIS license and spoke Japanese to the emlployee. The lady turned back to the employee and asked if she was speaking Japanese properly. Somewhere in the streets of Tokyo was a girl (who had great semblance to Megumi) who was carrying a huge sack on her back. A police officer asked her if she ran away from home. The girl mumbled about how the police questioned her without a reason (even the attitude has great semblance to Megumi!). The police officer asked what she was mumbling about, without answering, the girl showed her AEGIS license. The police was shocked and allowed her to pass through. The girl walked away mumbling about the police's ignorance. In AEGIS Base, it turned out that the blond guy, the long-haired lady, and the girl who looked like Megumi were visitors of the Far East Branch. The blond guy introduced himself as Jim Skylark, a Gatekeeper from the United Kingdom Branch. Shun commented that his name sounded like a racer. Fei said she heard that he was called Flying Scot. The long-haired lady introduced herself as Jun Thunders, a Gatekeeper from the North American Branch. Kaoru remarked that Jun Thunders was beautiful and Ruriko added that she could pass for a model. Kaoru asked Ruriko if she meant she was better than Jun. Ruriko told Kaoru that that was not what she meant. ^_^; The girl who looked like Megumi introduced herself shyly that she was Misao Sakimori, a Gatekeeper from the German Branch. Reiko said something like, "Ahhh, from Germany but not German!" Misao mentioned that her father worked in Germany. Reiko remarked that she looked a lot like Megumi. Megumi and Misao went Hmmmphing! each other. ^_^ Shirei thanked the three International Gatekeepers for coming to Japan. Jim asked for the recorded battles of Gate Keepers of Far East branch. Shun had a shocked and ashamed look in his face. - As they watched the video, Jim and Jun laughed. The Cannonball incident was shown in the video and Jun mentioned that it was like the one she saw in Los Angeles in 1967. Jim told Jun that it was the Invader Classification Type T-60. Jim criticized Shun's way of fighting the Iron ball. The Underground Digger was also shown, and Misao said that it was similar to the Invader she met at the French Dam. Jim told Misao that he saw it too and that it was Classification Type ET-11. On the screen was Shun fighting with the Underground Digger in an angry manner. Jun remarked that emotional release of power was reckless. Kaoru explained that it was just Shun's first time then. Ruriko added that she received official training directly from AEGIS so she was always there to support Shun. Jun laughed and asked if she meant she had an official training for a costume party as the video played all the events when Ruriko wore costumes (Costumes: Tourist guide, Chain Ruri, Shoe polisher girl). Reiko told them that they were being unfair for they have always beem trying their best. That time the video was playing all the parts when Reiko's piano got smashed. Jun laughed at what she saw. Jim told the Fareastern Gatekeepers that in times of war, results were the ones that count. Bancho told them to wait until they see his actions. Shun told them to look when Fei defeated the Jumbo plane with the Gate Engine. Megumi remarked that she looked wonderful when she protected Shun against the Chainsaw with her with the Gate Engine's aid. Kaoru told them to watch closely when the video played how Kaoru (Kaoru was also using the Gate Engine) and Shun fought the Robot Bullet train. Jim told them that it was wonderful. Shun became spirited and asked if he really meant it. Jim said the Gate Engine was wonderful. Jim offensively said that they were not bad for guinea pigs. Shun rose from his chair and threatened Jim that he would show him the door. Shun attempted to punch Jim but he evaded it very quickly! Jim just revealed his Supersonic Gate. Jun said attacking without knowing the enemy was being reckless. Misao quoted, "Know thy enemy and know thyself and the battle goes your way, basic..." The video stopped playing and Jim told the Far East Gate Keepers that the three of them received an order directly from the AEGIS Main Headquarters in New York to eliminate the Invader staffs. Jim continued that Fareastern Branch should support them, ONLY them. Shun asked Shirei if it were true, and Shirei nodded. Jim said all of them should watch their fight, then the three of them went out of the room. Kaoru yelled that they were too much. Ruriko suggested that they should go to the World Headquarters. Fei agreed that it was a good idea. Shun was about to ask Shirei about it but he was already gone. Bancho bawled and demanded for his action clips. Jim, Jun, and Misao entered the AEGIS Hangar. Jim observed the cargoes and spotted on the cargo with the number 0. Jim asked Megane what the "rowdy" cargo # 0 was doing there. Megane told Jim that the Far East Branch was equipped with it. Jim told Megane to shut up and show their cargoes. "Hai, de yansu..." In Tategami campus, the Gate Keepers and Bancho were all restless, under the torrid sun. Shun complained that the weather was too hot. Kaoru removed her clothes, Shun shocked told her not to, but Kaoru only removed her uniform because she had a gym shirt underneath. At the rooftop of where the Gate Keepers were sheltering, Bancho shrieked that he could not forgive the hot weather but he could not forgive the British guy more. Shun admitted that Jim might be right because they were not experienced fighters. Bancho asked Kaoru what she thought about it. Kaoru said that she just joined Gate Keepers because she was moved by "Ukiya-taichou's" actions, so there was difference between it and motivation. Reiko shared to them that she just joined Gate Keepers because she always wanted to be a witch. As usual, Megumi praised herself and said that she was different because she was the best. Shun asked Fei if she was confident enough in joining them, she says no (she remembered how the government took away her grandpa and brother). Ruriko rose from the bench and told them to get a hold of themselves. Shun asked her what she thought. In reply, Ruriko told Shun that she was different. Ruriko scolded them that they should change. The others just back out from her and became more restless-looking. Reiji appeared and asked Ruriko what her problem with the others was. Ruriko said it was nothing. Ruriko asked him if he was in Tategami to spend summer vacation. Reiji said that he was doing something in the library. Ruriko noticed that he was carrying books about Politics and the Society. Ruriko commented that they all looked hard for her. Reiji said he was just interested about the society. Then a girl named Aya approached Reiji. Ruriko asked if they were going out. Reiji chuckled and explained that Aya was just helping him with the Politics Research Club. Ruriko asked if their club would have student protests. Reiji chuckled again and said they were not radicals. Another girl approached Reiji. After the girl apologized to Reiji for being late, Reiji said his goodbyes and went off with the girls. Megumi who was observing murmured to herself that they were just dating in the name of a club, then she emphasized that it was indecent ("Decent with and IN in front of it!"). Kaoru said that Reiji's club seems to be fun. Ruriko continued with her scolding speech and said that if Reiji was with politics they were with Earth Defense. The others looked more restless than before. Somewhere in Tokyo Bay, a Battletank seemed to be taking over an island called Dream Island. Back in the AEGIS Base, the screen showed a Battletank ravaging the island. Jim asked if the Battletank was a variation of E-19. Jun disagreed and said that it was not a type that they had seen. Shun came into the base, and Jim commented that they were late. Shun asked Shirei to give them the go signal but Jim interrupted and told Shirei that they would be going. Jim contacted Misao (on screen with Megane - perfect pair ^^;), who reported that the new Gate Engine was ready. Jim admonished Shun not to bother them, then he went away with Jun. On Dream Island, Shun climbed to the Gate Engine and said that old type was not obsolete. Shun noticed the helicopters above. Jim, Jun and Misao opened their gates, then each helicopters opened its head and revealed 3 robots. Shun and the others were all amazed when they saw the robots. - Back in AEGIS Base, Shirei introduced the new Gate Engine — the Gate Robo. - Jim, aboard the green and yellow Gate Robo 02, checked the gate energy; Jun, in the blue and white Gate Robo 01, checked the hydraullic (hydraullic _something_), voltage and the gate pressure; and Misao in the grayish black Gate Robo 03, checked the main computer and the sensors. After inspecting their robots, Jim commanded to start operation. The Battletank blew bazookas at the Gate Robo 02, but Jim (note: Gate Robots acted with the operators) evaded with Hypersonic speed and remarked that his enemy was as slow as a worm. A smokescreen camouflaged the Battletank and Jim asked Jun to support him. Jun attacked with her Thunderbolt. The Battletank seemed to have dodged the attack, so Jim asked Misao the future location of the Battletank. Misao opened her Gate of Future Sensors (perceives the future that will happen in 10 seconds maximum) and said that the distance will be 1,130 (I forgot the unit…maybe km or m) at the location 11 o clock and 11 minutes. Jim accelerated (speed of sound multiplied to 7 = Mach 7) then plunged onto the Battletank. Kikai Shogun revealed his face in the Battletank. Jim knew it was him. Kikai Shogun spotted Shun (who did a gruelling crime destroying Kikai Shogun's cheek ^_^;) and went for him. Jim saw Shun and other's presence and yelled at them to evacuate. Shun told Jim that the enemy might escape but Jim warned him that they could not win over them. Ruriko pushed Shun off the Gate Engine and climbed on it herself. Ruriko attacked with her Arrow of Light, but Kikai Shogun managed to dodge it and continued to go for them. Shun alertly pushed Ruriko away from the Gate Engine. Kikai Shogun went directly to the Gate Engine, destroying it. After that, Kikai Shogun escaped to the bay. Ruriko woke up and asked the girls (Megumi's not with them, what do we expect?) about the enemy. They implied that Kikai Shogun have escaped by giving her a fallen look. Outside, Jim confronted Shun and asked him why he ignored his instructions. Ruriko went out and confessed that she should be blamed. However, Shun stopped her and took his responsibility as the captain. Jim forgave them and said that they would consider that incident as a test drive. Jim continued that next time they should not interfere. The Gate Robots stand tall in front of the completely ruined Gate Engine. |

Episode 14: Bring down, 2 of the Powerful Brass: Part 2
[Yukino's second appearance] [Brief summary] Shun was walking towards his hometown even under scorching heat. Shun's face seemed forsaken when he remembered that Shirei ordered them to be on vacation. It turned out that Jim suggested it so that they can back off from their mission. Shun tried to insist Shirei but Shirei was firm with his decision. (Episode title) Saemi was watering the flowers when he saw his brother. Saemi patted her brother and said that the scholarship in kendo was too good to look true. Kazuko (Shun and Saemi's mother) greeted his son welcome back. Kaoru, Fei, and Reiko were spending their vacation in Violet Dormitory. Kaoru asked Fei for another watermelon and Kaoru ate it with frustration. Reiko who was spoon-scooping her watermelon slice said that she did not know that the proper way of eating a watermelon was what Kaoru was doing. Fei whispered to Reiko that Kaoru bought a new swimsuit. Reiko wondered what the swimsuit had to do with the watermelon. Fei told Reiko that she bought it because Shun promised Kaoru that they will swim. Reiko suggested to Kaoru that they should visit Shun's house and swim in their pool (Shun's poor to have a pool!). Reiko imagined a large pool in Shun's house and the three of them with Shun were having fun. Kaoru blushed and said it was too daring. Kaoru imagined a mini pool and they all fit themselves in it. Fei chuckled. ^.^ Mrs. Ikusawa asked Ruriko if she enjoyed their meal. Ruriko smiled and said that she really enjoyed it. Ruriko's mother said that it had been a while since they ate together. Ruriko's father remarked that Ruriko had always been busy. Ruriko apologized and her mother said it was all right. Megumi happened to pass by the Ikusawa residence while delivering ramen. When Ruriko saw Megumi, she excused herself to her parents. Ruriko approached Megumi. Megumi told her sarcastically not to bother her because the noodles would get cold. Megumi continued that she must have been laughing at her condition. Ruriko said that she only admired her because she was helping her family with their business. Megumi looked away and condemned Ruriko that it was because of her failure, she had to be on her "delivering-ramen" vacation. Megumi could have been fighting on earth defense jobs instead of delivering noodles. Back in AEGIS Base, Miss Ochiai asked Shirei why he dismissed Shun and the others even though they were just trying so hard. Shirei did not answer, instead he gave Miss Ochiai paperwork and said that they should be done until the end of the day. Miss Ochiai took a brief peek at the papers, smiled, and agreed eagerly. In the AEGIS Hangar, Bancho complained he was deprived of vacation. Megane called Bancho and showed him the letters of order that he received. Bancho scanned the letter. Megane held his glasses and asked him if he felt any better. Instead of being motivated as Megane have been expecting, Bancho cried loudly why his vacation was still not included. Bancho shook Megane and yelled that there was nothing more important than his vacation. Kikai Shogun, Akuma Hakushaku, and Reiji Kageyama alias Shadow were having a meeting in a dark room. Kikai Shogun and Akuma Hakushaku criticized that humans were foolish and overconfident. After a while, Kikai Shogun stated that it was time for offense. Reiji told them that he would be able to enjoy it — watching humans struggle to their deaths like bugs. Akuma Hakushaku reminded Reiji that extinction was not their goal. Reiji insisted that he wanted to stomp on them. Kikai noted it was strange for Reiji to hate humans when he was a human afterall. - The scene switched to Dream Island. Birds flee from the island and after that a loud explosion was heard. A fort-like structure was revealed. Kikai Shogun appeared and declared that it was his most powerful fusion. Kikai Shogun combined himself to the fort. Reiji looked at Kikai Shogun from the ground and muttered he did not understand him — he hated humans because he was human. Ruriko arrived at Tategami despite her ordered summer vacation. A sandstorm (Marilyn Monroe-wannabe makes a scene again) took place to hide the taking off aircraft. Jim ordered Jun and Misao to land their robots to a safe zone. Jim spoke confidently that they would sink the Invader staffs in Tokyo Bay. Shun hurried Saemi, who told him that girls needed time for preparation. Saemi went out of the house wearing a pretty kimono and told Shun that he should be proud because he would be accompanied by a pretty girl. Shun said "Hmmph!" which made Saemi frown, but Shun smiled. Saemi forgot to show her kimono to their father, so she headed back to the house. Shun grabbed Saemi's hand and told her to forget about it. The three international Gate Keepers were having a terrible fight in Dream Island. Apparently, Jun's Thunderbold failed to hurt Kikai Shogun's machine. Akuma Hakushaku was regenerating destroyed machines with his "infinite demonic power." The machine targeted Jim. Jim warned them that he would open his gate power all the way. Kikai Shogun did not worry a bit because his speed was only slightly faster than the speed of sound, and he could calculate all his movements. Jim was not succesful, and he was hurt as blood dripped from his head. - Apparently, Ruriko followed the International Gatekeepers using a speedboat. Ruriko attacked Kikai Shogun with her arrows. Jim warned Ruriko to back off because even robots did not work to them. Ruriko said she would never give up. - [Flasback] Way back in Ruriko's kindergarten year, Ruriko broke her teacher's vase. Ruriko's classmates teased her that it was her fault. Slime started to drop from Ruriko's nose and she started to cry. A masked Shun appeared from the window and stepped on the vase, destroying it completely. Then he jumped off and said goodbye to earth people (^^;). [/Flashback] - Ruriko kept to herself that she tried to change, she would never give up what she had earned. Ruriko ejected three arrows directly at Kikai Shogun. But Kikai Shogun's barrier hindered the arrows. Kikai Shogun's target had changed to Ruriko. Yukino had perceived a vision from the snowy mountains. Yukino teleported out of the mountains. Saemi was hurrying Shun to the festival. Shun joked that Saemi was like a kid and Saemi said that she was a kid, then she asked their mother. Kazuko told them for her they are both kids. Shun complained that he was already in high school. Shun stopped walking when he noticed something in the alley. In the narrow alley, was light falling snow and Yukino appeared. Yukino told Shun that a girl was waiting and crying. Yukino sent Shun (to a vision) to Ruriko's location. - [Teleport] Jim told Ruriko in a weak voice that she should not have come. Jim let out a weak sound implying to everyone that he was in pain. Jun asked Jim what was wrong. Jim did not answer. Ruriko cried out Jim's name. [/Teleport] - Shun called out Ruriko's name even if it was just a vision, but Yukino's vision took him back to the festival. Shun told Saemi and his mother that he had to go. Without waiting for an answer, Shun ran off. Kazuko assured Saemi not to worry because Shun would be back. Saemi became sad when his brother just suddenly ran off. To relieve Saemi, Kazuko volunteered to buy Saemi a cotton candy. Saemi complained that her mother made her sound like a kid. Megane and Bancho found Shun and told him to get in the AEGIS Bus because a huge battleship (the fort) appeared in Dream Island. Shun continued running and said he would drive Yotahachi instead because it was faster. Megane insisted Shun to get in their bus because he received the permission of Shirei. Megane showed Shun the papers of order. Inside the bus was a red and white colored robot. Ruriko summoned her Light of Miracle and healed Jim. Jim recovered health and so did his robot. Jim remarked that Ruriko's gate of life was touching. Kikai Shogun's battleship moved forward to their direction. Ruriko said she must fight or else she would be a sniveler. Nonetheless, Ruriko had already drained her stamina in releasing power so she ended fainting. Jim's robot assisted Ruriko's fall by catching her with the robot's hand. Yukino appeared before Ruriko (again, as a vision) and told her to stop crying because he would be coming. The AEGIS Bus transformed into AEGIS Battle Bus. The bus stopped before the shore of Tokyo Bay, opposite Dream Island. Bancho cried that they could not go through the water because he could not swim. Megane asked Shun if he was ready and Shun confirmed he was. Megane pushed a button on the steering wheel. On the back of the bus, the red and white colored robot was ejected away to the direction of the island. The red and white colored robot landed in the island. Ruriko saw the robot and knew it was Shun. Ruriko said something like, "Miracle Mask has finally appeared." Jim was horrified when he saw the robot and warned Shun that he would not be able to control that rowdy prototype. Kikai Shogun remembered Shun and warned him that he would make him pay back for what he did to him. Shun operated the robot that evaded Kikai Shogun's attacks, in a reckless manner though. Kikai Shogun failed to calculate the robot's movements. Even Misao's Gate of Sensors failed to sense its movements. Jun wondered if the robot was really just evading. Shun opened his gate ("Open the Gate!" and not "Gate Open!" anymore) and attacked with his Vacuum Missile. However Shun's attack missed. Kikai warned Shun that it would be hard for him to avoid his attacks, now that he was near their battleship. Jun seeing the robot's stance wondered if Shun would be able open its gate up to the red zone (to its limits). Jim said that it would likely produce an uneven output. Misao commented that it would be suicidal. Shun opened his gate, this time robot was successful. Light just flashed and both Kikai Shogun and Akuma Hakushaku instantly received the hurting. Kikai Shogun and Akuma Hakushaku screamed that it was impossible, then they both perish with their ship. Bancho and Megane saw the explosion in the island. Bancho shook Megane while asking what happened to Shun and the British guy. After a while, the island was calm. It was almost sunset. The robot rose after the explosion. A huge, deep crater was formed in the island and there were no remnants of the battleship (completely destroyed!). Jim remarked that the Invader staffs must have have failed to calculate that there was an idiot in the Far East Branch. Misao quoted that miracle was given to those who believe. [Festival] Kazuko asked Saemi if she wanted to dance, but Saemi replied that she did not want to dance because Shun was a liar. Shun (now wearing a kimono) heard her and explained that he went off to ask his schoolmates to come. Saemi smiled. Shun, the others, along with Jim, Jun, and Misao smiled back. Kaoru greeted Kazuko Ukiya. [Scenes] Jun was in a target-shooting booth, won almost all the prizes. Fei had a nifty hair-do that was done by Saemi and Kazuko. Megumi and Misao were talking in a dark corner. Reiko and Jim were playing by a pond. Bancho and Megane performing a dance, Megane told Bancho that he danced the wrong way — Bancho panicked (^^;). - Ruriko was with Shun. Ruriko blushed while trying to tell something. Ruriko was about to thank Shun for what he has done in the past and awhile ago but Kaoru broke in and called Shun. Kaoru grabbed Shun and reminded him that he promised that they would be swimming. Yukino appeared in the middle of a crowd and looked at Ruriko, then she disappeared. Ruriko smiled and thanked Yukino. The view of the festival was seen from atop. |

Episode 15: Episode 15: Ruin the Arranged Marriage
[Rurik-centered] [Brief summary] Reiji stopped by Ruriko's house to hand her a pot of flowers. Reiji asked Ruriko to join their Political Club. Ruriko did not know what to say because it was too soon to decide. Reiji told her how he always wanted her to join because she had a clear mind and a good judgment. After talking, Reiji invited Ruriko to walk with him so that he can listen to her ideas. Ruriko made an excuse that she needed to wake up a sleepy head (Shun) next door. Meanwhile, Shun was scratching in his sleep. Reiji realized that Ruriko liked Shun more than him. And Ruriko went "WHAT?!" Reiji admitted his defeat against Shun. Reiji told her that he would not lose next time, then he walked off. - Ruriko entered her room, thinking about what Reiji said, then she put the flowers on the table (the table was adjacent to the window) — only to see a dressing up Shun (not really bad, he had his pants on) from the window. Ruriko yelled at a voice the whole village would hear, "First thing in the morning! How indecent!" (Episode title) Ruriko and the others were walking together to Tategami School. Reiko said, "Oh, Kageyama bought flowers to recruit you in their club?" Ruriko told Reiko that she did not know what to do with the flowers. Megumi, who was reading (yes, while walking), whispered that she was just dissatisfied. Shun said he would prefer receiving food. Reiko said, "ahh, cakes first before flowers." Ruriko told Shun that he was not the one who was being recruited by Reiji. Fei clutched Shun's arm and offered to cook Chinese food for him. Kaoru pushed Fei away and voulunteered to cook lunch for Shun instead. Shun agreed. Kaoru promised that she would do her best. Reiko noticed that Miss Ochiai was being forced by a man to enter his car. They all decided to save her. As they go nearer, the man gave up and mentioned to Miss Ochiai that they would be married soon and promised to buy her a nice looking black wedding dress. The rowdy guy climbed back inside his car and drove the car fast towards the direction of Shun and others. The rowdy guy told everyone he passed by to study hard — to be ant slaves of the society. Shun wondered what kind of guy that was. Ruriko asked Miss Ochiai who the guy was, and Miss Ochiai calmly replied that he was the guy she would be marrying. Shun calmly said, "I see". Ruriko asked if she meant that he would be her husband-to-be. Silence. They all yelled, "WHAT?!" Because of Reiko's naivity, she congratulated Miss Ochiai. Kaoru cut in and said that Miss Ochiai could not marry someone like THAT. In the Clinic, Miss Ochiai mentioned that her grandmother chose a man with aggression because she was slow. Kaoru remarked that aggression had to have a limit. Fei agreed and said that the guy was just rowdy. Ruriko asked Miss Ochiai what she thought about her grandmother choosing a man for her. Miss Ochiai replied that her grandmother told her that a man would look good once married. Ruriko reaffirmed that she was asking her (Miss Ochiai) what she thought and not what her grandmother thought. Ruriko then asked if she liked someone. Miss Ochiai blushed and said she could not tell. Reiko wondered who he was and if they happened to know him. Megane asked if the man wore glasses, as he held up his glasses. Miss Ochiai blushed more and nodded. Megane ran around in his "dream world" and said that an older woman would not be that bad. Bancho interrupted and asked her if that man is strong physically and mentally. Miss Ochiai implied her answer by blushing again. Bancho posed a muscle and said that women should be attracted to strong men. Ruriko coughed-cut in and advised Miss Ochiai that she should let the man know how she felt. Kaoru agreed and announced that she loved Shun. Kaoru told Miss Ochiai that she should do it like she did, because she would be the one who would open her own future. Later that night in Ruriko's bedroom, Ruriko pondered the vase incident and the Dream Island incident, where Shun both appeared to rescue her. She thought about what she said to Miss Ochiai about telling someone how she felt. Then she remembered Kaoru's courage to confess how she felt for Shun. The next day in Class 2-A, Shun and Bancho talked about eating in the canteen. Ruriko came in blushing while carrying something in her back. As Ruriko approached Shun, Kaoru entered their classroom and called Shun's attention. Kaoru handed Shun a packed lunch that she made for him. Ruriko noticed incisions in Kaoru's hand. The boys in the room teased Shun that he was a playboy. Shun digged in the food and told Kaoru that it's good. Shun noticed Kaoru's hand and asked what happened to it. Kaoru hid her hand and said that it was from her fall in the stairs. Shun turned to Ruriko and asked what she wanted from him. Ruriko replied that it was nothing, then she told him that she had a business committee meeting, and then she goes out (hiding the box she was carrying). Kaoru informed Shun that Miss Ochiai would be going to her hometown on Saturday. Bancho said that Saturday would be tomorrow. Ruriko found a place in the rooftop and then sat there. Ruriko opened the box, which revealed a Yotahachi-shaped meat with some squids surrounding it. She grabbed a squid and ate it. Reiji took something from the box and ate it. Ruriko noticed Reiji. Reiji apologized and praised Ruriko that she was not only good in studying but also in cooking. Reiji informed his club would be having its assembly at Yoyogi Park. Reiji asked Ruriko if she would come. Without thinking twice, Ruriko agreed. Reiji noticed Shun and Kaoru below, walking to the Gym Storage. Reiji told Ruriko that some students did some scandalous deed there. Ruriko looked down and saw Shun catching Kaoru in his hands. - //The real thing was, Kaoru was just dizzy because she woke early (to cook Shun's lunch). Shun caught Kaoru with his hand when she was about to fall. Kaoru asked Shun if it was really ok for him to go along with her to the Gym Storage. Shun nodded and said that it would serve as a payment for the lunch she made. They headed to the Gym Storage to get some mats and vaulting horses.// - Reiji remarked that Kaoru and Shun were a good match. Ruriko re-packed her box hastily but organizedly and apologized to Reiji. Ruriko ran off. Reiji reminded Ruriko about the meeting, then he grinned. All the Gate Keepers reported back to Shirei's emergency call except Ruriko. Shun told Shirei that Ruriko left immediately after school. Shirei said that he would just inform Ruriko in case it would be confirmed. Megumi mumbled that Ruriko was really useless. Shirei informed the Gate Keepers of the Invader wave that was detected a while ago. Ruriko sinked to her bed and uttered "darn." She looked at the Kaijuu (toy monster of Shun) and pondered a memory of him during their childhood. The next day, Shun told Ruriko that Miss Ochiai would be leaving for home. Shun mentioned that Kaoru was waiting for them in the limited express. Ruriko having heard of Kaoru's name said that she had to do something. Outside the classroom, Reiji called Ruriko. Ruriko walked to Reiji and his club members. Shun addressed her as Rurippe and asked what was wrong. Ruriko yelled at him to stop calling her Rurippe. In a train station, the rowdy fiance of Miss Ochiai yelled at her that she was too slow. Miss Ochiai, who was carrying all their bags, asked him why they weren't taking the limited express. Miss Ochiai's fiance told her insultingly that limited express did not match her slowness. Reiji walked and talked with Ruriko — only with her. Reiji said that their assembly would be their first step for the club. He told Ruriko that he was glad she came. Ruriko was not talking but was thinking of what she and Kaoru told Miss Ochiai. Ruriko stopped and Reiji turned to her, and asked what was wrong. Ruriko apologized and told Reiji that she had to do something. "Tsk!" Reiji mouthed then he posed an evil grin. Megane and Fei searched all over the limited express station but found no sign of Miss Ochiai. Shun said that if Miss Ochiai made up her mind to marry the rowdy guy, she should have told them. Kaoru expressed her feelings by yelling that it would be ridiculous for Miss Ochiai to marry someone she did not love. Ruriko arrived to the train station where Miss Ochiai was. (how did she know that she's not in limited express? beats me.) The rowdy guy was ordering Miss Ochiai to buy lunch for him when Ruriko saw them. Ruriko told Miss Ochiai not to marry someone she did not love. The rowdy guy pushed Ruriko and said that Miss Ochiai would be his possession once they got married. Ruriko yelled at the rowdy guy that Miss Ochiai would never be his possession. The rowdy guy was annoyed so he started to get his sunglasses from his pocket. Miss Ochiai tripped to the rowdy guy and he fell off. The rowdy guy bumped to other passengers, and the identical sunglasses of the passengers were scattered all over. Miss Ochiai's pen Invader-detector detected a wierd electrical wave. The rowdy guy grabbed a sunglasses from the pile and wore it, wrong one; tried another, wrong again; until he wore the fifth sunglasses. The rowdy guy transformed into an Invader, similar to Fukuoka, funny looking and less serious too. The people in the station scrambled away. Ruriko and Miss Ochiai ran outside. The Invader followed them and Ruriko told Miss Ochiai to stay behind. Shun and the others appeared. Shirei was with them, stading on the AEGIS battle bus. Miss Ochiai blushed. Shirei informed everyone that the civilians have already evacuated the Ueno Station (the train station...) to let them finish the Invader fiance of Miss Ochiai. Shun attacked with Ultra Whirlwind Slash, Kaoru followed with her Kaoru Kick, Megumi with her wall of steel, Fei with Fire Panda, and Bancho with his Inside circle throw. After those sequential attacks, the Invader was finished. Shirei and Miss Ochiai had a private talk. Shirei told Miss Ochiai that he did not want her to go home yet because she was his right hand person. Miss Ochiai thanked Shirei. The Gate Keepers (with Bancho) peeked from the back of the battle bus. The next morning, Ruriko woke up and touched the toy monster while saying, "Tell him how you feel huh… I'm not the same bashful sniveler anymore!". She opened the window to greet the birds Good Morning. In the opposite window, she saw Shun wearing his underwear (on the spot and butt naked!)! Ruriko screamed. Megumi went out of the restaurant to go to school. Megumi noticed Reiji who was looking at her. Megumi ignored him but when she looked back, Reiji was gone. |
