Episode 13: Bring down, 2 of the Powerful Brass: Part 1 [Long summary] Other gatekeepers from other AEGIS branches have come to the Far East branch to "help" quell the threat of the invader executives. The three, older, more experienced, and foreign gatekeepers aren't too impressed with Shun and his fellow gatekeepers, which irritates them all. However, the gatekeepers of the Far East branch are being ordered to assist these foreign gatekeepers, even when Shun and co. feel it should be the other way around. The decision can't be changed, so they must follow the decisions of the foreign gatekeepers. The FE gatekeepers are very reluctant to do that, though, which might just spell trouble in the long run... |

Episode 14: Bring down, 2 of the Powerful Brass: Part 2 [Yukino's second appearance] [Long summary] After a bad encounter with the two invader executives, and Ruriko and Shun almost getting hurt as a result of not obeying Jim's orders, the gatekeepers of the Far East branch are sent on a "forced vacation". They all go about their own business. Ruriko, though, can't help but feel drawn back to the school, and to AEGIS. When she sees the foreign gatekeepers launching to attack, she's compelled to follow and attempt to help, even if it means she'll get hurt herself. It's a tough battle, too. Even the foreigners are having a hard time. Can Shun, with a new, yet possibly out-of-whack gate robot, ever hope to defeat the invader executives, let alone get their in time to protect Ruriko? |

Episode 16: Sally Forth, Gate Robot! [Reiko-centered] [Long summary] In the latest battle, instead of helping, Reiko only makes things more difficult in defeating the opponent. Her teammates are exasperated, but only Megumi has the gall to tell the real deal straight to Reiko's face. Reiko is shocked, and she attempts to train with the other gatekeepers in an attempt to hone her own powers, but it all fails. While on an errand one day, Reiko manages to get stuck in Shun's gate robot, and she goes around in it, even when she meets her kid "date". Invaders attack, then trap the other gatekeepers in a cage, and suddenly it's all up to Reiko to summon her inner witch and save the day - at last. |

Gatekeepers does not belong to me, it belongs to Gonzo, AXN and all those other great people who brought the anime series to life (who I'm not in *any* way associated with). No infringement was intended, believe me. |
